Active voting membership is limited to local and state government personnel engaged in various positions, professional skills, and job classifications within Civil Defense or Emergency Management Agencies.

Any individual, corporation, club, society, civic, veteran, or fraternal organization actively interested in emergency management. Associate Members must be approved by the local sponsoring Civil Defense or Emergency Management Agency. Associate members enjoy all rights and privileges of membership, except they are not eligible to vote or hold office within the Association.
Cost $100.00
Corporate members have the right to vote in any and all matters brought before the membership and pertaining to the association. No corporate member shall have the right to hold any office within the association and only one member of the corporation has the right to vote. The voting delegate is determined by the corporation.
